The platform

OPSCTR

One platform across a scale of employment: a unit's sovereign node, the fabric that federates sovereign nodes, the umbrella over a multi-vendor ecosystem.

The scale spectrum · the honesty ladder
01

Edge your C2

Fielded

A single unit's sovereign node

The whole multi-domain picture and decision loop on one box, with no dependency on a network or a federation.

02

Bind C2

Fielded

The connective fabric

Edges formed from the console, policy deciding what crosses, markings and areas binding at the receiver. Walked across sovereign nodes and on production.

03

Orchestrate C2

Forward

The umbrella

The canopy over a multi-vendor ecosystem, routing any sensor to the closest shooter across boundaries no single stack spans. The TAK leg is fielded; other vendors' legs are not built.

Value is fielded at the base and now in the middle; the umbrella remains the sequenced apex. Between partners the default is lateral: a request goes out, and the partner's own chain decides.

One loop · read two ways
  1. CorrelateResolve identity across peers · fielded
  2. ComposeExposure-shaped, provenance kept · fielded
  3. OrderCausal, on trusted time · fielded
  4. RouteTo the closest capable shooter · fielded node to node
  5. ReflectEffect back into the picture · fielded

Every step runs across sovereign OPSCTR nodes; what remains forward is crossing into other vendors' stacks. Forward composes the picture, backward routes the response.

Any sensor, closest shooter.

The platform, in four parts
Function

The neutral correlate, compose, order, route fabric: a correlation map across sources, an exposure-shaping egress membrane, a causal-ordering spine, and authority recorded on both sides of every relationship.

Role

One platform across the scale: the complete standalone node, the neutral broker across sovereign nodes, the umbrella that covers without commanding.

Value

Unit-level C2 with no network dependency, release-aware coalition federation, and any sensor, closest shooter between sovereign nodes.

We grade our own work and name the seam.
