OPSCTR is graded against the eleven properties of a fabric from the running system. Status is computed from the code, not asserted in a datasheet.

The egress membrane, shaped per peer, signed, chained, queued per edge. Markings and areas binding at the receiver. Command authority recorded on both sides. Missions tasked across nodes and fires routed to the closest shooter. Production signs.

Walked · end to end

Six operator paths, each an executable scenario with one test per step. A path is traversed when every step is green on real stores and real boxes and the operator confirms it. Five are traversed, one is tested through.

Forward · the seam we name

Still owed: adapters shaped for other vendors' stacks, tasking emitted in a peer's own frame, and the first outside organization's sovereign node federated with production.
